Marketing Communication Specialist is responsible for planning and executing marketing communication strategies to support brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing campaigns and brand initiatives run effectively across multiple channels.
Job Role
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies to increase brand awareness, traffic, and sales performance.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital platforms, e-commerce, marketplace, and offline activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e-commerce, retail, product, and design) to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Manage relationships with external partners such as KOLs, media, communities, and agencies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the planning and execution of brand activations, events, and marketing collaborations.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Marketing Communication, Brand Marketing, or similar roles.
- Experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and optimize results.
- Experience in retail, fashion, or consumer goods industry is a plus.
